Project Gotham Racing 3 is a very high-quality title, both in its technical aspect and in the experience it provides to the player, and it certainly more than fulfilled its role of bolstering the Xbox 360 launch catalog with “new-gen” effect titles. However, as a successor to PGR2 and especially considering the limited content for single-player modes, it falls short and doesn’t reach the heights it deserved.
