Although the map size is considerable and there is plenty of content, the game's scope feels limited. Our impression is that the game's size was deliberately scaled back to avoid excessive complexity and potential bugs, resulting in a less ambitious project.
The Flair: E
This is where the game truly shines. The graphics are impressive, and the landscapes presented while traveling through its world are splendid. The soundtrack aligns well with the franchise, and the voice acting is solid. The performance is pretty good and technically superb on both new and old generations of consoles.
The Feel: C
Combat is very well executed, and the game deserves credit for that, as it wasn't an easy task. However, it often fails to be as fun as it should during puzzles and conversations, and its attempt to introduce RPG mechanics doesn't work out well.
The Fuel: 9
The story is mediocre, and the characters are as flat as a pancake. The variety of spells, enemies, potions, and creatures is underwhelming, and the extra content becomes repetitive and boring very quickly. It's not terrible, but considering the game's potential, it is quite disappointing.

Conclusions
Hogwarts Legacy is the best Harry Potter-inspired title to date but falls short of being an excellent game. Its solid gameplay and technical strengths don't compensate for the very limited representation of J.K. Rowling's world and the poor story presented to us. However, if you love Harry Potter, it's definitely a must-play.
